Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Node In Right Supraclavicular Area
Hi, I have an enlarged right supraclavicular lymph node, but no other symptoms. Went to primary care doctor when I discovered i about 3-4 weeks agot, and chest x-ray and blood tests were all normal. Doctor referred me to ENT, though waited nearly two weeks to see if lymph node went away. Appointment is in two days, and node has definitely decreased in size - now maybe .5cm (guessing), down from 1cm or more originally. So my question - is the lack of other symptoms, and especially the decreasing size, encouraging signs? I m a 52-yr old male and the Google searches on this topic are nothing short of frightening!

From history it seems that you might be having chronic non specific supraclavicular lymphadenitis.
Now as it regressed there is no significance.
This might be due to some chronic infection in surrounding area.
