Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Prostate Gland
I am 61 yrs old, my findings are prostate gland enlarged measuring 4.02 x 4.47 x 4.53 cm with weight of 42.60gm. There are calcifications noted within the gland. No focal masses or seen. Other visualized structures are unremarkable. My PSA result was 1.70. What can you advised me to do?

The prostate gland is within normal limits. PSA is also within normal limits. You can get PSA repeated on yearly basis.
