Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Prostate, Hernia And Mild COPD

My grandather has been diagnosed with an enlarged prostate volume is 28cc. age 85.he also suffer from hernia and fissure .hb ,bt,ct,cbc ,bsl is normal in 2d echo performed mild copd is seen Kindly suggest what should be the treatment, also if any alternative treatment can be done?

I really appreciate your concern, unless the prostrate is not symptomatic it may not need any treatment, but for mild to moderate symptoms it can be managed with medicines, else surgical treatment is the only option is there, hope this is information helps, take care and have a nice day.
