Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Prostate On One Side

I am 70 and have a feeling of wanting to wee all the time and aches in my lower back hips buttocks and testicles have been to see my GP who checked my prostate and said it was enlarged on one side and have had a urine test which came back clear I am going for blood test this week.

Hello dear
I understand your concern.
Enlarged prostate obstruct the flow of urine from urethra.
Following are the advice for you.
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. But avoid to take fluids before bed.
3. Avoid alcohol and caffeine containing product
4. Void in sitting position
5. Following drug will helpful
Tamsulosin 4 mg per day, improve urinary flow and Finasteridine : decreased DTH level
If medicine responds to symptoms and increase in severity of symptoms then Minimal invasive surgery like Transurethral needle ablation
And Transurethral resection of prostate.
