Hi dear use
I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

You have a multinodular goiter.Iso or hyperechoic is a ultrasound parameter of benign thyroid nodules. So the nodules in your thyroid gland have a benign characterictic but it is very important to see even other ultrasond characteristics like:mikro/makrocalcifications,regular or irregular borders, infiltrative or non infiltrative margins,if there are or not abnormal cervical limph nodes and if the vascularity of nodles is peripheric or intranodular.

I suggets to talk with the doctor who performed the ultrasound about the conclusions of this utrasound because if there are suspicious ultrasound characterictics maybe it is necessary to do further investigations like Fine-niddle aspiration biopsy of the suspicious thyroid nodule.

Hope i have answered to you question.
