hello, my name is Mr X last month i had cold, and rhinorrhoea for more than 2 weeks..so upon consultation, i was dx as Chronic rhinosinusitis..my tonsils are enlarged and uvula enlarged but painless...i took budesonide spray for 20 days but still no signs of relief????

enalrged tonsils and uvual wirh chronic rhino sinusitis with sleep disorderd breathing is an indication for tonsillectomy.
