Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Uterus

My wife s age is 40. her report reads as:- Uterus is enlarged, irregular, Endometrial cavity is normal. Endometrial Thickness is 11.2 mm Multiple fibroids seen, 16 x 12mm subserous fibroid seen in anteriors wall of uterus. 19 x 17 mm fibroid seen in anteriors wall of uterus. 12 x 15 mm fibroid seen in right wall of uterus near fundus of uterus. 14 mm fibroid seen near fundus of uterus. No cyst seen Minimal fluid seen. She has no pain, no TB symptoms, no heavy bleeding, regular periods. She hasn t conceived yet after 5 yrs of marriage. What should be the treatment options? Also we were considering IUI or IVF in few weeks?
