Suggest Treatment For Enlarged Uterus

Hi, i just got my ultrsound done today, the report says 'anteverted, bulky uterus'. I just want to know what it really means and does it have any impact on my pregnancy?

Also Serum BHCG level is: 2516 and according to the ultrasound report gestation age is less than 4 weeks and the size of sac is 0.64cms. Are these numbers normal? i had 2 miscarriages and wish that this one goes right till the end.
