Hello dear
Understand your concern
During the attack of epilepsy, urgent medical treatment is required
Treatment will depend on the type of seizures/epilepsy
Consult the DM neurologist for proper treatment.

During the attack following advice should be jeep in mind

Give first aid therapy:
midazolam and lorazepam rectally or orally: stop the attack.
Give proper position that prevent the regurgitation of fluid, apply mouth gag, tongue depressor, nasogastric tube, keep airway patent.
midazolam and lorazepam rectally or orally to stop the attack.

Keep the epilepsy diary. Avoid the triggering factors like noise, light, smells, aggression, food.
Give diet that rich in fat and adequate in proteins
Drugs:
Depends on type of seizure.
Phenytoin, carbamezapine and valproate most commonly used drugs
First give one drug then if do not response give combination of two drugs.

If do not response to drugs: surgery is the last options.

Alternative therapy like acupuncture, relaxation exercise like yoga and walking, psychological intervention can be helpful.

Hope this may help you
