Hi doctor.i would just like to know one or two things.I m epileptic and struggle to sleep.am hardly eating.my family keep sayin my mood changes in seconds.im am an epileptic for the past 11yrs.im on epilim chrono-800mg in the morning and 1000mg at nite.i also need to take Keppra 750mg.morning and nite.and I am on 7.5mg of zopiclone to be taken once at nite.so why am I feeling like this???I don t go out the house anymore.i hardly talk to my family as we end-up arguing.and I no longer get my son,s at the weekend.cause of the epilepsy.i hate it it s wreaking my life.

Avoid strenuous activity, driving. Take balanced diet and proper rest.
