Suggest Treatment For Epilepsy

hi my sister is suffuring from epilepsy and after ct scan of brain it is come to know that she is having calcified granuloma in right parental region, so what will be the next step for her and what is treatment she needs? one more thing i want to tell u when she was 1 year old, she fall from 5 feet height on her back side of head and that time that place was become soft but after that she was ok till 18th of her age but from last 4 months she is having fitts in the sleep , plz suggest what should we do?
