Suggest Treatment For Epiphora

Excessive tearing from eyes. Already had drainage tubes put in with no change. Desperate for answers or clues. Could there be excessive fluid in my head for some reason? I DID have a pituitary tumor back in 1988 but I have had no more trouble with that as far as I know. Can someone just PM me? Email is difficult for me to access.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such condition could be due to lacrimal sac pathologies, it could be infection, block, sinus formation, surgery would be helpful, hope this information helps.
