Pathologist and Microbiologist 's  Response
Hi I did review your concern.
EBV infection generally has no antibiotic or antiviral treatment. Rare cases have been treated with ribavirin but mostly nothing is required and it will heal on its own.
I would recommend you to consult a endocrinologist and start on diet and life style modification as well as if needed to start on statin medications like atorvastatin for high bad cholesterol(mostly LDL). Fatty liver can be due to alcohol or due to high sugar and obesity and stopping alcohol as well as decreasing sugar and weight will help in reversing this condition.

I hope this helps.
Wish you all the best.
