Based on the description, the problem what you are stating does not seem to be a major one at this stage. It appears to be caused mainly due to psychological factors rather than physical one.
You can overcome the problem gradually by doing the following:
1. Practice '
pause and squeeze' technique regularly to overcome problems associated with getting and sustaining erection.
2. Practice
pelvic floor strengthening exercises to overcome pain and discomfort associated with it.
3. Keep yourself well hydrated by consuming more quantities of liquids and water.
4. Include in your diet milk, almonds, dates, saffron, honey and papaya, which are known to improve blood circulation to penis and help to sustain erection.
5. Decrease your
stress and
anxiety levels by performing
meditation regularly.
Gradually, your confidence levels should improve and you should be able to overcome the problem comfortably.
