Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction And Lack Of Libido

NExt months is my marriage, but I'm unable to maintain my eraction more then 1 min, sperms is very watery no density, size of the penies is small.

I feel lack of libido. please help to overcome this issue. Is there any specific medicine or treatment, kindly let me know.
