i have yellow lumpy sperm, and when i ejeculate there is not much comes out. The sperm is not runny, its all just a big lump, will this stop me from having kids. Also my testicles are very small as i got a major hit on them when i was younger, what does this mean. Also when iam having sex somethimes its difficult to stay arroused, please help

It can be due to dehydration, prostate infection. based on the cause only the treatment can be given. you can basically take antioxidants.
