Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction And Pain While Ejaculating

my self gulam, actually i used to masterbate regularly... past 10 yrs.. know from 1 yr i stoped.. stoped means i was doing monthly once... my problem is.. after urinating few drops r falling from my pennis. and in normal my pennis will b some what 1 to 1 1/2( one to one and half inc) erection i am getting very rare.... if i gat erctions also just for seconds that to not much hard at erction my pennis will be aprox 4 inc . not more that tha. and when i read any sex story.. i will ejaculate with out touching with hand and while ejaculating its horrable pain in my pennis..this pain i am feeling from last month... before there was no pain like.. and after ejaculate sudden my pennis will became short like 1 to 1 1/2 inc... my pennis is very soft... i am very depressed abt this.. plzz advice me some thing i can come and meet u also.... if i get u r adress. i am single still. 26 yrs.weight 75. plzzzz.
