Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, it's physiologically normal to masturbate and you should stop the over sensitivity or guilt about it as it can further add in performance anxiety or leads to erectile dysfunction. The small amount of fluid that comes out with sexual arousal is also normal as a result of Bartholin glands secretion and should not be considered pathological. For reassurance semen analysis may be needed and a urologist review or a motivational psychologist or sexual councillor session may be helpful.

Wishing you a speedy recovery. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
