Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction Caused By A Penile Injury

i seem to have injured my penis on Monday while It was stretched. That night I tried having sex and could not get a full erection and the erection went away quickly. I have not tried to get an erection since and have not had one while waking at any time. Is there anything I can do to minimize the damage and promote healing? Should I avoid having sex?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

To me, the very first thing is to get your genitalia examined by a urologist in order to evaluate the damage. Ultrasound of your genitalia might be helpful in this.

So, better check it out with urologist first. If nothing organic is wrong, then, there is no problem in having an erection. But should get assured first.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
