Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction In A Diabetic Patient

Hi I am a diabetic with a heart condition.My question is I have ED how do i go about treating my ED condition. My medication is: carvidolol 25mg half twice per day aspirin 100mg once per day Co Diovan 160/12.5mg once per day rosuvastatin 20mg once per night invokana 100mg once per day janumet 50/1000mg twice per day

Hi,

Based on the history you have shared, ED can be due to autonomic neuropathy die to uncontrolled diabetes or due to beta blocker medicine that you are using.

Tight sugar control and if needed insulin therapy may be needed and discussing with your cardiologist to decrease the beta blockers etc. if your heart condition allows. Also discuss using the sildenafil with your cardiologist.
