Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction Whlie On Hypertension Medication

Hi I am 52 years old man having high blood pressure for 10 15 years and diabates for 17 years.
My CABG have been done in 2011 successfully I am passing days without any problem. My prostatic gland is mildly enlarged since my diabetic time. Now I am suffering from ED & PE. Please prescribe me suitable medicine which does not hamper with other medicine I am taking for my other dieses. For your information I am living in Bangladesh and prescribe me on generic names medicine. Thanks.
