Hi doctor .I m 30 years old .I got married 4 month back dis year.i had been masterbating since I was 13.after marriage for 3 months we had very good sex.but now there is a less stiffness in the penis.also It could not get ercted 2nd time quickly.takes time.i worried .plz suujest some ways.i have been using parexotine for last 4 years also.is that medicine affecting libido? Plz help me.its affecting my marital life

Many of the psychiatric drugs may cause sexual dysfunction like you have mentioned in your question(paroxetine). So, I cannot advise you to stop that medication as it may prove dangerous. Please visit your doctor who prescribed that medication with same complaints for further management. All the best.
