Ok I will be honest iam masturbating from past 2 years and from few months iam having trouble maintaining an erection when ever my penis gets hard it goes down immediately I know it is a venous leak iam 19 years old . what is the treatment of this if surgery is option what they do in surgery.how much are chances of success in surgery is surgery available in india.by the way iam fit and not fat I dont have diabatesThanks (:

I really appreciate your concern, masturbation is physiological phenomenon and natural instinct dose not cause any erection dysfunction, and if it is like this then it could be due to some functional elements and it can not be surgical condition (Unless diagnosed by urosurgeon ) try to come out of this condition, no need to be over conscious about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
