Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hello, my name is Jeff. I think I may have penile nerve damage but I m not sure. I used to masturbate quite frequently, sometimes a couple times a day. Some of those times my penis hurt a little afterwards. I barely do it anymore because of the loss of sensation I have noticed. I can still feel touching sensations, but nowhere near what I used to feel. When my girlfriend gives me oral sex, it feels good at first. But over time, it feels like that sensation starts to decrease and all I can feel is the warmth from her mouth and slight sensation. Is there a way I can re-gain feeling? I ve been applying man 1 oil but I m not sure if it s working.
