Dear patient,
Thank you very much for your question. There are many causes for erectile dysfunction. In some cases, erectile dysfunction is due to physical causes such as high blood pressure, diabetes , spinal cord injuries, smoking, alcohol use, peyronie disease etc. In other cases, erectile dysfunction can have psychological causes such as anxiety disorders, stress, relationship problems etc. In your case, I believe your erectile dysfunction is related to anxiety because you worry about shape of your penis and how it affects to your future married life.
However, I recommend you to consult your family physician and test your testosterone level because most men who have low blood testosterone level can experience poor erection or maintaining a good erection during the sexual intercourse. Also your family physician can check yourself for other physical causes for erectile dysfunction and treat your anxiety if the cause is psychological. Some men experience a little curve in penis when they experience an erection. It is normal, however,if you have pain during erection with a significant bend you may have to consult a urologist to treat the condition called as peyronie's disease. Anyway, these clinical decisions has to be taken by your family doctor. Therefore, my advice is to consult your family doctor for proper diagnosis and treatment.
Also, I do not recommend you to take any herbal supplements or sildenafil without a proper consultation of a physician due to harmful drug interactions or side effects. I hope that I answered your question. If you have more questions, please let me know.
Good luck!
