Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hi, I am 26 single & mastrubating for around 6 years twice per week . I stopped mastrubating 3 months ago. Now I am suffering from ED where I have nil to very mild erection if I try to make it erect. Hence i started doing exercise and yoga for atleast 30 mins in morning and started taking 2 cloves of raw garlic each before sleep and in the morning . I consulted an urologist who prescribed nano leo for 15 days after checking blood results he asked me to stop it as testosterone level is normal. Hence he gave me fludoc for 10 days and after that gave me an injection and lupifit capsules for 30 days and also he gave me tazzle to take on need basis which if I use gives good erection but I don t want to take it. I know I should not touch my penis anymore as it will worsen the condition. whether it is advisable to try to make it erect by being nude or by controlling my mind. also what are the other stuffs to improve my condition. Whether I can take ashwagandha tablets along with current medicines. Please help me as it kills me and I am completely depressed for last 1 month due to this.

Hi,

Please note that most of the cases of erectile dysfunction have psychological correlations and very few have any pathological reasons behind it. You need to undergo a full checkup of blood and urine to rule out the known causes for erectile dysfunction like diabetes. If you are unable to find a cause then you can arrive at a conclusion that it is more of psychological issue like stress etc. There is nothing adverse or rather it would be beneficial to take the help of acts like stripping nude or using your hands or mind etc., to attain erection.

You can also take the help of pornographic movies or literature for the same. You can take any type of vitamins or supplements like Ashwagandha or Nano-Leo however, they do not help as per my opinion. You can use Tazzle if its helping you on an as and when required basis if nothing else helps. Continue yoga, reduce stress and anxiety and have a healthy diet in addition to the above.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
