General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for posting on HCM
You may at times have such complaints especially when you are not so much into sex at a given time or tired or any other stress or just psychological issues. The symptom may not be a cause for concern.I will suggest you just stay calm, eat healthy with fresh vegetables, exercise regularly, maintain good communication with your wife and observe for any urinary symptoms like discharges or painful urination since erectile dysfunction may also be caused by an infection/STI.
You will have to see your Doctor for examination and work-ups if symptom persists.
Hope this will help you
Regards
