Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hi, I am 32 years old, I ve always had problem with erections and I never come during sex unless I masturbate. I never have sex unless I use Viagra I ve been having like a nervous tick and It makes me either contract my penis or sort of press it with my fingers through my pants. I feel like by doing this, made my penis even shrink. I am so worried about the situation that I think about it all the time. I ve been reading so many articles and methods, I dont know what else to do, I feel It s time to give up on everything. Would appreciate your advice

Other health problems, such as diabetes, high blood pressure, anxiety, and depression. Side effects of certain medicines. Stress. Drinking too much alcohol or smoking. The exam, lab tests, and sometimes mental health tests can help find out the cause of the problem.

Treatment is based on cause and includes avoiding tobacco and drugs and limiting alcohol. Also, talking about the issue with your partner, doing sensual exercises, and getting counseling may be beneficial. Finding and then stopping medicines that may be causing the problem. In some cases you can take a different medicine that doesn't cause erection problems. Taking prescription medicine that can help you get erections. These include pills such as sildenafil (for example, Viagra), tadalafil (for example, Cialis). In most cases, this is sufficient for treatment but you should just be patient and do necessary tests.
