Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hello, I am writing for my husband whom is so distraught over this problem. He is 42 little over weight, good health, active. He has had ED now for several years, now has gotten to the point he cannot get "hard" even with masterbastion, oral sex. He even says that the rare times he orgasms he cannot feel any of it?? He had 2 surgeries prior, 1 bladder repair, 1 urethra opening, stones and stricture. All of the prescriptions meds, levitra,viagra and others do nothing but give him a horrible headache. This problem is greatly affecting his mental n emotional health.
