Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

Hi
I am 36 years old with out any cardiac problems or diabetes and for 10 years I did not have a full erection. I do not have sex with woman and personally aspect nearly stressed. I think I may have a venous leakage but I do not know how to establish it.Can you help me? I look towards you to reply me.
