Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction
i am 24, my wife also 24,i wife is not statisfied the sex because my sex problem is my pennis not strong at sex time strong fall time i am deep penis in virgina because not tit & strong.. i wana quality sex pills improve my sex life.. plz help me ..

I guess you have not tried any treatment yet.
If your penis not sufficiently get erection that required to enter into vagina, you should have erectile dysfunction.
Two treatment options are there.
One is medicines in which sildenafil or tadalafil can be used just before intercourse. Before taking it your blood pressure should be checked. If high, avoid sildenafil as far as possible. These medicines can cause headache as side effects normally.
Second option is counselling for sex. Couple counseling will be more helpful. Master and johnson technique is taught by qualified sexologist or psychiatrist.
Considering your age I think you will not be in need of medicines.Consult doctor with your wife if feasible.
If your libido is low, your testosterone level should be checked , and if needed oral or injectable testosterone given.Other options are trazodone and yohimbine.
One more option is methylfolate plus pyridoxal phosphate which is taken twice after meal.
For all of above you should consult a psychiatrist for specific treatment of your choice.
