Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

My boyfriend does not reach orgasm even after making love for upto 30 minutes. As a result he does not release sperm. he said he has to be on for atleast an hour before he comes. What could be wrong. He was previously married for 7 years without any children.

please give details like his age , your relationship with him, any medical illness he is having or any treatment he is taking .Is he having erection during 30 min period. for infertility he can go for semen examination.
