Suggest Treatment For Erectile Dysfunction

I am suffering from erectile dis function. I had an accident five years ago which left me with traumatized pubic symphisis. The problem with the pubis is almost over now as the gap between the bones has almost closed, but I noticed recently that I cannot sustain an erection long enough. I have also recently been having stiff neck with serious pain. I contacted a male doctor who examined my penis and also did a heart scan for heart diseases. He concluded that I must have an operation performed on my penis but I am of the opinion that there could be some kind of medication that could fix the problem. Note that I do not drink, smoke or suffer from any sexually transmitted diseases as the result from the diagnosis done by the doctor proved. I recently saw a drug called VIAGROW on line and would like to try and see if it will hep but I am confused as to whether it is a genuine product or it will be helpful to me. Please help me with some advice.
