Suggest Treatment For Erection Problem
Hi sir, From last few months i am facing few problems with my penis erection. The erection is not that good, morning erection is also absent on many days. Also before sex or before masturbating , there is ejaculation from penis which in watery transparent fluid, and i have noticed many times that after this ejaculation there is huge decrease in the erection of penis. From few days i am feeling tired too. I am 27 , really need ur help. Plz help. I had undergone urine culture & urine routine, there is no infection . I am worried
