Suggest Treatment For Excess Shoulder Pain

I ve been having pain in my left shoulder for a few months now. One chiropractor said it was a pulled muscle and gave me some stretches and excersizes to do and said it may take 3 weeks to heal. When it didn t get better I went to my doctor and she said it was just normal wear and tear. A few months later it still hurts. Some days it hurts so bad I can hardly walk and can t sleep. What can I do?

Probability:-
It is due to the inflammation of the rotator cuff of the shoulder.

Management:-
Use Arm sling to support the arm and to give rest to the shoulder joint for at least a week to 10 days.
Take Fioricet with Codeine for pain and to relieve inflammation.
Apply Bengay UltraStretch Ointment on the shoulder and massage gently. It will give you a soothing effect.
Applying heat pad will help you get better soon.
Take a multivitamin daily for nutritional needs.
Apply ThermaCare HeatWraps for the soothing effect that reaches deep to the inner structures of the shoulder rotator cuff structures.

If you feel nothing is working good for you anymore, ask your physician to refer you to an Orthopedist for proper evaluation and treatment accordingly. He may go for a CorticoSteroid + Anesthetic injection into the joint space for prompt relief.
