Suggest Treatment For Excessive Bleeding And Fibroid

Hello I m a female from African origin. I have been diagnosed recently with large fibroid around 8.8/6.8/8.8. I bleed excessively during my period only for the last three period which cause sever anemia. No pain but I started recently being bloated. I feel that my uterus enlarged slightly. So what is the main causes of fibroids and is it possible that I had it for long time without giving any symptoms ?! Thanks

Hello,

Fibroids are commonly caused by unhealthy and stressful lifestyle, hormonal imbalance, abortions, obesity, thyroid issues, emotional stress, etc. Yes, it is possible that you have fibroid and did not know because it was giving no symptoms. Fibroids give symptoms only after they are enlarged in size, smaller fibroids may not show any symptom.

Once you are diagnosed with fibroids, it is better to get it removed by surgery. Avoiding surgery will only cause the symptoms to get worse. Stay away from addictions if any. Take food rich in iron, calcium, minerals and protein. Get clinically examined by a gynecologist and get treated at the earliest.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
