Suggest Treatment For Excessive Bleeding During Periods

hello sir,i have excessive bleeding during the first and second day of my periods,it pains alot and they r irregualar too.like,i had my last periods on 18th of may,and 2 days back,i started running as an exercise,but my periods came way earlier on 4th june.I am 27 and unmarried,and just want to know that this is normal or not
