Suggest Treatment For Excessive Confusion And Impaired Thoughts In An Elderly Lady

My senior mom (75) has been unusually/excessively confused since Jan 2017 about relatively simple or workable situations like how to make a new appt with a doctor. It used to be a routine and easy task for her. Now it takes the 2 of us. I make the calls and schedule the appts, and she talks ... to me... doom, anxiety, fear, what-ifs, forgetting. She asks me the same questions - many different ways. Last thing - Parkinson s affects her voice. I have to strain to hear her 10-ft away. I ask her, what mom? what did you say? I can t hear you mom. Please tell me how to fix her so I don t age a couple of years each time I take her to her appointments!

normal age related changes in glio matter of the brain or there is
cognitive impairement through underlying neurological issue may be
parkinsons ; then comes the treatment part in action .
