Hello. Thank you for writing to us

You have mentioned 2 concerns over here..
Ageing and coarse facial hair.
Signs of skin ageing like fine lines and wrinkles can make there appearance after the age of 30..
Measures to address these include using a broad spectrum sunscreen, throughout the day.
A sunscreen would prevent sun induced ageing i.e photoageing.
You may opt for a few sessions of glycolic acid chemical peeling. Glycolic acid peel is anti-ageing and prevents as well as reverses early signs of ageing.
Regarding coarse facial hair..they are usually due to hormonal imbalance. Acne is another sign of hormonal imbalance that is already present in you along with coarse facial hair.
I would have liked to inquire more from you regarding any history of irregular menses? and I would also have liked to order a few tests like serum testosterone, s. dihydroepiandrosterone, s. LH. s. FSH, s Prolactin levels.
Hormonal imbalance requires correction with monthly hormonal pills (containing an estrogen and a progestational agent)..
Laser hair reduction with Diode laser would be best option for existing coarse facial hair as plucking would create cosmetic problems like pigmentation acne etc.
I suggest that you visit a dermatologist in your vicinity for the needful.

Regards
