Suggest Treatment For Excessive Itchy Patches All Over The Body

I am 51 years old. My height 172. I am in excellent health. No drinking or smoking habits. I noticed in last few years white patches occurred all over my body. My testicles are almost 80% white patches that have spread to my anal area. It seems to be itching and inflamed, which causes a lot of discomforts. I just had my yearly medical test and blood levels checked and my GP called me that everything is fine (e.g sugar, bp, urine). My anal area is very sore and red. I started to use every morning after breakfast and the passing of my stoles (Vitamin B12, Norwegian Omega 3,6, 9; folic acid 400 mcg) to re pigment my skin cells. Please give me some advice on what I can do…Gav

Hi.
As per your case history you are having urticaria.
My treatment advice is -
1. Avoid fast food and food with artificial colors for 2 months.
2. Apply a soothing lotion like calamine lotion when lesions appear.
3. Take an antihistamine medication like levocetrizine twice daily for 7-10 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral steroid, hydroxyzine taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
