General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor services.
I have read your query and here is my advise.

* The sweating, chills, migraine, leg and stomach ache indicate
underlying infection through some sort of bacteria or virus most
likely , though malaria possibility also has to be ruled out.

* Though primary relief with tablet paracetamol or acetaminophen, I
would recommend to get basic check up with your doc, who can
guide further as there is need of lab work with complete blood counts
is required or not.

Thank you.
Regards.
