Sweating is a normal reaction when your body's working harder and needs to cool itself down.
Overweight is one of the causes of
excessive sweating. Have you checked your thyroid??
Advice
1. Investigation – blood sugar (F & PP), serum T4 and TSH
2. Measure your blood pressure regularly
3. Avoid
stress as it aggravates sweating
4. If you are overweight then lose some weights
5. Avoid hot environment and strenuous activity
6. Wear loose cotton undergarment
7. Drink 4 – 5 liters of water daily
8. Use dusting powder containing
ketoconazole or fluconazole
9. Trim hairs of pubic area regularly
10. Take bath two times daily and use branded soap for bathing
11. Avoid
smoking, tea and coffee as these aggravates sweating
Methods for weight control:
1. Start workout in gym at least for half an hour for 4 – 5 days in a week regularly
2. Avoid eating high energy foods such as cakes, chocolates, chips etc.
3. Avoid alcohol and smoking
4. Increase consumption of high fiber diet such as wheat bread, dry date, vegetables etc
5. Chew the food properly to make it easily digestible
6. Divide your meals into smaller portions and eat them frequently during the day
7. Avoid oily & spicy food
If you are too much stressed because of this then take alprazolam 0.25 mg daily at bed time per oral for 1 month.
