General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

To me, should run a few diagnostic tests to determine the right diagnosis:
- thyroid function test
- complete blood count for anemia
- liver/kidney function test to rule out hepatitis or kidney problems
- blood electrolytes to rule out dehydration
- diabetes testing
- lipid profile test
Depending on results, can discuss for best treatment strategy. For now, just consume your meals regularly and keep well hydrated.

Wish you a fast recovery. Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
