Suggest Treatment For Excruciating Pain And Soreness In Leg Due To Continuous Running

I've been running almost consistantly for the past 8 months about 2-4 times a week. This week I've ran six days straight and I've been having this "sore" feeling pain in the inner part of my legs down by my calf muscles. It cramps up when I run to the point where I have to stop. And when Im just walking it's so sore. When I touch a certain area(which it feels like it's where the muscle meets the bone in the front of my leg) it's excruciating soreness pain that hurts to touch. What could it be? Im I just sore?
