Suggest Treatment For Excruciating Pain In The Back

For the last 3 nights I ve had excruciating pain on the leftside towards the back (slightly below waistline) area. It subsided after 2 hours and 2 ibuprofen. I would develop a slight fever as well. When I went to sleep and would wake up feeling fine, just a little soreness on the left side. Note: there was no blood in my urine. What should I be checked out for as I see my doctor in 2 days from now?

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the fever condition with pain then it needs to be ruled out for infection and it may be urinary tract infection or it may be stone condition without the test or confirmed diagnosis pain can only be treated with Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen as per needed hope this information helps.
