31 and have exercise induced atrial tachycardia which quickly becomes Atrial Fibrillation. It stops when I stop what I am doing exercise running mowing etc.... Should I risk an ablation? I have a wife and kids

Drugs particularly class 2 antiarrythmics like amiodarone can help in controlling the atrial driven ventricular rate.
Drugs like digioxin and digitoxin can control atrial rate .
