Suggest Treatment For Extra Tissue In Nose After Undergoing Rhinoplasty

Hi,

I had rhinoplasty 2 years ago now and I have a piece of cartilage in my right nostril which bends into the airway, pushing that side of the tip out. What's weird is when I use a medical nasal spray it shrivles/reduces and my nose slims that side. I also feel like I have a lot of fluid or extra tissue that side in my nose as my noce still swells badly in the morning, after alcohol (2 days after) and with heat.

I am not sure what to do :(

Hi
Did you reviewed your operated surgeon. I think revision rhinoplasty is needed at present. Kindly visit a good rhinoplastic surgeon for your problem.
Thank you. Wish you a speedy recovery.
