Suggest Treatment For Extreme Bleeding During Periods
I have extremely bad period bleeding. Itll last for 1-2 months and go away for 1 week and come back again. I m never not bleeding. But this time it s way worse then ever. Terrible pains that I can barely walk. My vagina is shedding chunks. And I need to change my tampon every 1-2 hours and I use the plus size tampons. I m on the depo shot birth control for cramps already. Have been for a long time. What do I do?
I read your query carefully. I would like to ask you a question that ARE YOU STILL ON DEPO SHOTS?? Because irregular uterine bleeding is side effect of it.
For symptomatic relief >Tranexemic acid 500mg three times a day for 3-5days >Mefenamic acid three times a day 3-5days. After that i would advise you to go for pelvic scan to RULE OUT cause.
Hope this answers your question. If you have additional questions or follow up questions then please do not hesitate in writing to us. Wishing you good health.
