Hi..
Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..
I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...
As per your complain and presentation of symptoms you are suffering from
Burning Mouth Syndrome secondary to Dry Mouth and burning sensation on taking spices and salty food is due to it..
Nothing to worry, consult an Oral Pathologist and get evaluated and for relieving burning sensation in mouth first of all the cause has to be removed.
In case if it is due to juicing you should avoid doing the same..
There can be a few other common causes for it like Chronic
Dehydration,
Nutritional deficiency of
Vitamin B12,
folic acid and iron, hormonal changes, oral infections like thrush,
salivary gland disorders etc..
Treatment of underlying cause will relieve the symptoms..
As of now you can take supportive treatment like chewing sugarfree chewing gums as it will stimulate saliva flow.
Artificial salivary agents containing methylcellulose are available at the pharmacist stores which can be instilled in mouth for lubrication..
Drink plenty of water..
To prevent burning and irritation avoid hot and spicy food and take a
soft diet..
Gargle with a numbing mouthwash containing Lignocaine..
Gargle with cold water and suck on ice cubes for reducing inflammation and burning..
Hope this information helps..
Thanks and regards.
