General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi.

Noted your history of blowing nose, bronchitis, reduced hearing, ear infection, taking claribid, no relief, wants to know what to do further.
Blowing of the nose is the single most cause of pushing infection into the middle ears through Eustachian tubes, fluid build up, pain, reduced hearing and so on.
You also have nasal polyps,
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
First of all, stop blowing nose strictly.
Consult your Doctor for additional medicines like anti-inflammatory medicines that help to reduce the pain also.
Oral and nasal decongestant.
Cough syrup.
Steam inhalation.
Additional antibiotic or change over.
Take rest.
Warm fluid intake.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. T. Chandrakant, ENT & General Surgeon
